Bank of England

Training | Introduction to Anti-Racism | Unconscious Bias

Discussions with senior staff at the Bank of England informed our approach to customising a 90-minute Introduction to Anti-Racism training session to suit their specific needs. We were able to build on previous professional development sessions by identifying the gaps in the services of previous suppliers and addressing specific training needs. The programme was delivered to 100+ staff across 4 sessions with unanimous support for further sessions. As a result, Bank of England management proceeded with a second round of training specifically on Unconscious Bias.

Diversity Council Australia

Kind Enterprises has been engaged by the leading Australian peak body for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, Diversity Council Australia (DCA), to develop an organisational self-audit tool that D&I leads in DCA member organisations can use to identify organisational barriers and enablers for culturally and racially marginalised (CARM) women in their pathways to leadership.

The audit tool will address systemic barriers that restrict CARM women’s upward mobility into leadership roles in Australian organisations and thus contribute to more inclusive and equitable workplaces.

Amnesty International

Consulting | Refugee Campaign Advisory

For 2 years we provided consulting and advisory services to Amnesty International Australia to help guide their work related to refugee and asylum seeker advocacy. Using our Systems Thinking for Social Change Framework, we provided advice on campaign strategy and communication design that looked beyond surface-level initiatives to target the root causes of inequity in society. The underlying causes of apathy towards refugees rights were identified and a new anti-racist approach was deemed as necessary for the future success of the organisation and their work.

  • Senior management and CEO consulting

  • Advisory on blindspots and sensitive issues

  • Proactive approach to social change developed

  • Improved communication for social change

  • Initiation of accelerated change and growth
